Hello Everyone,

What a weekend…… packing Jenn up for her move to Virginia….. for a single women she sure has a lot of stuff. I am standing on record for this one…. next time she moves someone else will have to pack. I’m just getting too old for this 🙂

It was a sentimental weekend too. Lots of memories of Kerrie. What she did to help Jenn move the last time, where they sat at a restaurant one night when she was visiting (right across from where we were sitting when we went out to eat one night). What she said or did or wanted to do. We sure felt her around us the whole time. We talked about a lot about things that still need to be done. No hurry, just one step at a time.

Jenn took Kerrie’s cell phone number, so if you need to call her you can use that number, because her old phone will be turned off in a few weeks. But be prepared. She hasn’t taken Kerrie’s message off and may not do so right away. It was very strange when I called last night and heard Kerrie’s voice telling me to leave a message. I was so glad to hear her, but wanted to cry too, so I did. We haven’t had a chance to find old videos of her, but one of the things we will be doing in the future. We want to copy them to disk and share them. Wish we had thought to take more last year. The only one we have is the one Ron took at Easter. One of the many things we wish we had done differently.

Jenn’s final moving step will be a week from Monday, when her furniture will be picked up and transported to VA. I am going there on Wednesday to help her unpack (remember it’s your turn next time :). Looking foreward to seeing Richmond and the surrounding area. The park will be closed by then, but maybe will get a quick tour anyway. Reminds me of when Jenn and Ker started working at Cedar Point. The park wasn’t open yet and we walked around. It is really funny to see one of those places empty and barren. I got some pictures of Geauga Lake last weekend too. They are taking apart many of the rides to send to other parks, and the water park was drained and dry. Kind of an amusment park ghost town.

Jenn and her friends Nate and Noel drove the truck full of boxes to VA yesterday and just made it in time to get the keys to her townhouse. Lots of traffic and a slow trip, but they made it. They should be on the road back to Ohio shortly (if not already on the way).

Take care everyone, will post again soon

Love You
