Work has been crazy the last two days, with all of our employees processing in for the summer, so it’s been almost impossible to get on here to give you an update. Sorry about the delay..

Kerrie was feeling pretty cruddy Saturday and Sunday, early in the day, but Mom say’s she feeling and looking a lot better now. No fever, for the moment, and is acting more herself.

Dad came to visit today, which gave Mom and opportunity to get out of the house for a while! They did “homework” for speech therapy and “lots of other stuff for 3 or 4 hours”.. as Kerrie put it. She said she had a really good day! I’m glad she and Dad got to spend some time together and do something other than watch TV!!!!!

The home health care nurse will come to take blood samples tomorrow.. hopefully all her blood counts are good and they don’t have to make a trip down to Henry Ford for transfusions of any kind.

I’m going through “Kerrie- Withdrawals” right now.. and I’ve only been gone 2 days. But it just feels strange not to be there on the weekend. Only 12 more days until I can go home again… and counting down every one of them.
