A QUICK HELLO
Hi Kast Family
Just wanted to let everyone know that we haven’t forgotten about you and our promise for updates. things have been very busy. Jenn has continued to work most days and when she’s not at work we are busy going from doctor to hospital to store to here and there and everywhere.
Today she had a dental appt, preadmission testing at the hospital and a dermatology appt. We left the house before 9am and got home at 6pm. dinner, filling out paperwork, folding clothes and trying to make or take a few calls. Don’t be offended if you leave Jenn a message and she doesn’t answer. It’s just that right now there isn’t many spare minutes. But don’t forget her when she’s home from the hospital. There will probably be a lot of long days and those phone calls will be welcome.
Surgery is still on for Friday afternoon. One more dental visit and a possible second opinion on Thurs. morning. Clear liquids and a few other things for her prep on Thur and then early to bed for a good (yeah right) nights sleep.
Any new news we will post, and will post after surgery to let you know how things went.
Keep Jenn in your thoughts and prayers.
Thanks for all the good words.
We love you
Joan, Jenn & Fuat

Thinking about you, Jenn, and praying that tomorrow’s findings will be more positive. I’ve put you on the Prayers of the Faithful at St. Ann’s in Ashland, as one can never have too many prayers being lifted up. You’re an amazing woman, Jenn; I am in awe of your calm mindset. That calmness will help you to maintain the strength you need to get through this (not to mention the fact that it also helps your loved ones maintain their strength to be supportive.) Thank you for the link to this site. I will be checking on you daily!
Love, Karen
