Thursday, April 5th

Got in to Mom’s and Kerrie was still awake, which was surprising.. she stayed awake long enough to say hello, tell me she was exhausted and have Mom ask her if she was going to stay up and visit with her sister… her response? “I think no”.. and then she was asleep.

Even more surprising was the fact that Mom was awake. She’d had an hour and 1/2 sleep since getting up on Wednesday morning. Was up all day Wednesday, worked all night Wednesday night… slept and hour and 1/2 Thursday morning and then I pulled her off the couch around Midnight tonight and made her go to bed.

Tomorrow is another day of Rehab and, this time, I get to go along to hang out with her and cheer her on. Plan on taking my camera, so I’m sure I’ll have some good pics of Kerrie moving mountains.. like she normally does.

I will have to be sure to get some pics of her outrageously growing hair. I can’t believe how much it’s grown just since I left four days ago. I’m beginning to think she’s turning in to a Chia pet and when I come back, next week, she’s going to have a huge, curly afro. A few weeks ago almost nothing.. and now it doubles in amount each week.

They are both sleeping and now it’s my turn, but didn’t want to hit the couch without at least leaving a quick message on here.

Maybe I’ll have something more exciting than growing hair and sleeping family members tomorrow 🙂
