Tuesday, March 20 ( 11:30pm)

Just got off the phone with Mom.. she’s on her way to bed ( and me too.. just got home from work). Today was a good day for the two of them. Not overly stressed, though I’m not exactly sure it was the “relaxing” day they might have wanted.

Mom and Kerrie worked on standing, balancing and dressing today. Not sure who needed more help with this.. Mom or Kerrie 🙂

The Home Healthcare Nurse was there today, but no word on when PT & OT will start. I think the Speech Therapist was supposed to start with Kerrie today, but I forgot to ask about that.

Mom was able to confirm Wheelchair Van transportation for their trip to Henry Ford on Thursday. Thank Goodness!!

For those people who think Mom doesn’t know how to handle a camera I need to make sure the word gets out that I was the photographer of that Video clip with Kerrie. It’s all my fault.. my fault.. not Mom’s ( but I love hearing the ribbing she’s getting for it)

I put a note in the gallery about this, but if you try to view the clip and only get sound then you need to download quicktime. There’s video that goes along with it, so you should have gotten more than just a voice recording.

There will be more videos to come.. so keep your eyes open. I have another great one to post, but will give the recent one a little more time 🙂

For the few people who have asked.. yes, I did find that some of Cutie’s food is on that list of contaminated food. Cutie is my big, fat, wonderful cat and.. YES.. I freaked out when I looked at the list of affected food today. The only good thing is that I don’t give her that food very often. It’s supposed to be meant as a treat.. so we may be OK. I’m calling a vet in the morning. Teena.. I PROMISE I will let you know what the vet says as soon as I talk to them. You’ve taken care of her so much for me that I know she is like your “child” too.

Mom & Kerrie.. I hope you have a great day tomorrow. Kerrie, do your best to help Mom with improving her standing and dressing. We both know she’s always needed help with that 🙂
