Sunday, March 18 (11:57pm)

Another long day, but not as hectic as the last two. Even had time to go out and get some shopping done for Mom. Things didn’t get hectic until around 7:00pm.. and Mom and I are finally starting to slow down now and try to get ready for bed ( and the 1:00am feeding tube change).

Kerrie didn’t get out of bed for too long today.. only about an hour and a half, which is definately not long enough, but tomorrow could be pretty rough so I guess we decided to let her get as much rest as possible.

She was in decent enough spirits for most of the day, and even let me do a few PT excersizes with her, though only for a few minutes.

Several people have e-mailed me to ask what Kerrie or Mom may need.. aside from more hours in the day, the number one things that come to mind are:

Bottled Water, Chocolate flavored Boost, Medical Exam Gloves ( latex or non-latex size large),Tide Free Laundry Detergent, Paper towel and Clorox Wipes.

Not a very exciting list, but for the people who asked….that’s what seem to be in constant use. If someone is looking for something a little more exciting… How about a 52 inch TV or a wireless ready laptop computer :)    Hey, doesn’t hurt to mention it. For all I know Donald Trump reads this page daily.

Special note to Teena: You are not allowed to go out and buy a bunch of this stuff and send it to Mom. I know you well enough to know you were probably on your way to the store the minute you read that. Put your car keys away and go lay by your pool.

It’s going to be an early day tomorrow… we’ll let you know how it goes.
