Sunday, November 26th ( 6:30pm)

I am never going to try to go home for the week again! I am convinced this is some kind of a curse.. It hasn’t even been two hours since I put on the last post and Mom has just called.

Kerrie is being moved to Nuerological ICU.

The MRI did show a change.. in an absess in her sinus cavity. I guess it was there before, but has now gotten much larger and they want to operate on it tomorrow. Every time they’ve talked about doing any type of Nuerosurgery before they have said it would be too risky. Not sure what has changed now.. unless they feel her condition has improved enough to allow it or this is something that cannot be let go. I have no idea… Mom wasn’t able to give me much details.  They are moving her tonight so they can keep an eye on her, before the surgery, so I am guessing there must be something going on. Why else would they move her now???

Her condition is still the same, she’s stable.. but I’m sure she’s scared if they are moving her. It’s a good thing I had only gotten as far as putting a few things in my car. I’m going to throw the rest of my stuff in the car and get back to the hospital.

Kerrie’s been saying for days that she had to go somewhere. She told the nurses, before the first stroke, that she needed to go to ICU. Maybe she knew about this somehow? Today she kept saying that she had to leave soon and she had to get going. Looks like she was right.

But Kerrie, if you think you are going anywhere else you had better get that idea out of your head right now!

I will try to put a post on here, with more info, as soon as I have it and as soon as I can get to a computer. As before, if I can’t get to a computer I’ll have Aunt Michelle post information in the Gallery.

My thoughts are with you all. Not to much to say, except that alot of people have alot of good thoughts for Kerrie. Stay strong and I am praying for peace for Kerrie.
I am also sorry this is so complicated, a couple good weeks of healing would be great now.
    Stay strong Jenn and Joan.

We follow all the news and remember you always in our prayers. Kerrie has been so strong – we are so proud of her feisty attitude. As far as the confusion talking…Janet does that all the time!
You and the family are such and inspiration and encouragement to all of us. We love you!

    Hey Jenn and Family,

My thoughts and prayers are with you and Kerrie. I think it took me about two hours, but I’ve just read the last 10 – 15 blog entries to stay updated. Afterwards, I realized that Kerrie is so lucky to have a family and sister as supportive and loving as yourselves. Jenn…if you need anyone to look over your house, clean or anything while you’re in Michigan, please let me know. I’ve got plenty of time to help out in any way. With love, Lexi
