Kerrie’s ready for her Rockin’ New Years Eve party tonight and wants me to hurry back to the hospital, so I can help her decorate her room. So.. today’s post will be short.

I have many family members to thank, for everything they did for Kerrie this Christmas, but will tell everyone about that in my post tomorrow. Andree’s & Whitney’s.. you are amazing and I definately want to share your gifts with everyone, so will write about it when I have more time. Have to get back as soon as I can…

I know people check the site, sometimes several times a day, and wanted to make sure I gave you a quick update. She’s feeling pretty good today and her speech is getting better everyday. Sometimes, when she talks, I feel like I am talking to my “normal” Kerrie. When I asked her how her PT went yesterday, she told me it was “O.K.”.   Just OK??? “Yeah.. it wasn’t long enough” :)   God, I love my sister and the effort she is starting to put in.

Before I go… I have a special message for our cousins.. Chris Whitney and Paul Whitney..Kerrie saw an ad for the all day Twilight Zone Marathon that’s on today.  Kerrie said she wanted to watch it and then told me “Tell Chris and Paul to watch the Toilet Zone!”

No… she’s not mixing up her words. It’s a special message for Paul and Chris. 🙂

And Chris.. don’t forget.. if you’re in a wave pool and the buzzer goes off, letting you know the waves are starting, get away from the black grate. It will suck you in.
